Our mission at Hope City is to empower students to grow in their faith walk with Jesus.

Led by Carah Muetterties, our Jr. High students enjoy fun games and engaging messages designed to challenge and inspire them as they grow in their relationship with God and each other.

Pastor Chris leads our High School and young adult students with meaningful messages that speak to the unique challenges they face in this season of life. We focus on helping them develop their own personal faith in Jesus Christ, allowing them to build a strong spiritual foundation that will last a lifetime.

Once we have hired a Youth Pastor, we plan to create a dedicated young adults ministry. Pastor Chris will continue to lead this group, offering support and guidance as they navigate the next steps in their faith journey.

Goals of Hope City Youth @ Vine & Branch

Our primary goal is to provide youth with the opportunity to develop their own personal relationship with Jesus, equipping them to become adults who actively live out their faith beyond simply attending church. We believe this can be accomplished in four key areas:

1. Biblical Understanding: Opening the Word of God to discover our identity in Christ through biblical teaching.

2. Live Worship: Engaging in worship with a youth-led band that creates a vibrant atmosphere for young people and young adults to connect with God.

3. Transparent Fellowship: Encouraging authentic relationships where students can share life openly with one another.

4. Service Projects: Participating in local community service and inner-city outreach, putting faith into action by serving others
