Parenting Tools: Parents Toddlers Thru 8 Years

The toddler through age 8 years are full of joy, growth, testing, and training. These early years matter more than many parents realize. Children are learning obedience, forming habits, testing boundaries, developing social skills, and beginning to understand love, trust, correction, and security. This is not a season to coast through. It is a season to parent with purpose.

That is why Vine & Branch Fellowship is offering Parenting Tools: Toddlers Through Age 8, a workshop designed to encourage and equip parents with practical, gospel-shaped help for these important early years.

We are grateful to have Stephanie Torok leading this workshop. Stephanie is a member of Vine & Branch and brings 37 years of experience as an elementary school teacher, Christian Education Director, and Principal at Motherlode Christian School. She is also a mom of two and a grandma of four. She has a remarkable gift for understanding and reaching children from the toddler years through elementary age.

In this workshop, parents of children from toddlers through age 8 will receive help with real issues that matter, including:

loving and effective discipline

setting healthy boundaries

forming character that lasts

building early habits of obedience and respect

helping children develop healthy social skills

laying a foundation of grace, truth, and consistency in the home

“Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.”

— Proverbs 22:6
